How does the 2-person basket for hydraulic cranes work?

The two-person basket for hydraulic cranes is designed to lift two operators using a hydraulic crane, in combination with a suitable fastening system and in accordance with the specified operating conditions.

The platform features a wide front access point, allowing operators to enter and exit easily. Access is gained by lifting a lightweight, easy-to-handle aluminum bar.

The press-formed and painted steel arm supports the aluminum basket. The arm allows for connectionto the support frame, which is not included in the standard basket package.

How do you level the two-person crane basket?

The piston mounted on the basket arm levels the platform. When the valve is opened, the basket levels itself by gravity. Once the basket reaches the correct position, the operator can close the valve to lock the platform and work with greater stability.

This system keeps the platform in position during operations, reducing unwanted movement of the basket.

You can also install a solenoid valve on the hydraulic cylinder to simplify the leveling process.
