Details and How It Works

The SPAZIO_3000 hydraulic crane basket safely lifts two operators with a hydraulic crane. Its robust design combines durability, ease of use, and greater freedom of movement during work at height.

The basket features front access with a lightweight sliding aluminum bar, allowing operators to enter and exit quickly and safely.

The press-formed and painted steel arm supports the aluminum basket. A sturdy swivel block enables smooth manual rotation and helps operators position the platform accurately in the work area.

A custom spigot joint connects the basket arm to the crane’s outermost extension.

Leveling the basket

The piston mounted on the basket arm levels the platform. When the operator opens the valve, gravity automatically levels the basket. Once the basket reaches the correct position, the operator closes the valve to lock the platform and work with greater stability.

This system keeps the platform stable during operation and reduces unwanted basket movement. You can also install a solenoid valve on the piston to simplify the leveling process.

Crane Compatibility

Before installing the hydraulic crane basket, verify that the crane provides sufficient residual tip load capacity. As a general guideline, the crane should provide at least 520 kg of tip load capacity after accounting for the basket weight, the operators, the equipment, and the applicable safety factors.

However, if the available load capacity is lower, choose an alternative solution or a lighter single-operator crane basket.
