Our cylinder-mounted solenoid valve for crane personnel baskets is a device designed to replace the traditional manual valve installed on the hydraulic cylinder of our CAQ_1, CAQ_2, CAQ_2P, SPAZIO_3000, SPAZIO_3000P, SPAZIO_2000 and GLOBUS_2000 crane baskets.
Installed directly on the cylinder circuit, it allows the oil flow to be controlled electrically, improving precision and speed during basket levelling operations.
In standard systems, levelling is carried out by manually operating a mechanical valve. With this solution, the control becomes electric: the operator no longer needs to act directly on the valve, as the opening and closing of the oil passage are managed by the solenoid valve connected to the basket control system.
For a complete upgrade of the basket in accordance with the inspection and approval requirements applicable to MEWPs installed on an extensible structure, it is recommended to combine it with the EN280 Level D Kit, designed to ensure the technical and functional compliance of the complete installation.
