The electric winch is a compact and professional solution designed for lifting and handling materials in industrial, construction, and logistics environments. The range is available in different models with rated capacities from 170 kg up to 490 kg, allowing users to choose the most suitable configuration according to their operational needs. All models are designed exclusively for material handling.

The steel wire rope safety factor is 5:1. This means that the theoretical breaking load of the rope is five times higher than the rated capacity of the winch, ensuring a high safety margin against accidental overloads.

Several models are available, differing in capacity, weight, and dimensions. It is possible to choose the version that best suits your operational requirements:

1. BL170 Model

• Rated capacity (WLL): 170 kg
• Working range: 0 – 170 kg
• Theoretical rope breaking load: 850 kg
• Dynamic test detected limit: 255 kg

2. BL260 Model

• Rated capacity (WLL): 260 kg
• Working range: 0 – 260 kg
• Theoretical rope breaking load: 1300 kg
• Dynamic test detected limit: 390 kg

3. BL340 Model

• Rated capacity (WLL): 340 kg
• Working range: 0 – 340 kg
• Theoretical rope breaking load: 1700 kg
• Dynamic test detected limit: 510 kg

4. BL490 Model

• Rated capacity (WLL): 490 kg
• Working range: 0 – 490 kg
• Theoretical rope breaking load: 2450 kg
• Dynamic test detected limit: 735 kg

Correct use and safety

The indicated capacities must always be considered as rated working loads (WLL). Although the winch may continue operating beyond these values, overloading causes permanent wear to the internal components and reduces the overall lifespan of the machine.

The higher values indicated during dynamic testing do not represent permitted working capacities, but only limits recorded during the manufacturer’s tests.

To ensure safety and reliability:

• never exceed the rated capacity;
• use the winch exclusively for material handling;
• periodically inspect the rope, hook, and mechanical components.
