How does the SPAZIO_3000P crane basket work?

The main feature of the SPAZIO_3000P hydraulic crane basket is its hinged door, designed to make it easier for operators to access the platform.

A gearbox assembly drives the rotation system. Using the crank handle, the operator can manually rotate the boom in a smooth and controlled manner, improving the positioning of the basket relative to the work area.

The mounting bracket connects the basket to the crane, which allows the plate mounted on the basket arm to be connected to the crane’s outermost hydraulic extension. SOLTEC supplies the adaptation separately and custom-manufactures it according to the crane dimensions.

How do you level the SPAZIO_3000P crane basket?

The piston mounted on the basket arm controls the platform leveling. Once the basket reaches the correct position, the operator closes the valve.

This system keeps the platform in place during operations, reducing unwanted movement of the basket.

Is the SPAZIO_3000P crane basket compatible with your crane?

This platform for hydraulic cranes can be evaluated for installation on cranes with an adequate residual tip load capacity. As a general guideline, a tip load capacity of at least 520 kg is required, taking into account the weight of the basket, the operators, any equipment, and the applicable safety factors.
