Tipping scrap bin

Description

The tipping scrap bin with wheels is a metal container made of painted steel sheet. It is designed to safely collect, handle, and unload various materials, including waste, scrap materials, and different types of components. The emptying system is simple and safe thanks to the chain operated directly by the operator from inside the forklift truck. This product is supplied with 4 wheels, including 2 fixed wheels and 2 swivel wheels, allowing manual handling by the operator. The container is also watertight and can be equipped with a ball valve for liquid drainage.
The bin is fitted with a steel safety chain with snap hook to prevent accidental tipping, as well as two fork pockets for forklift insertion, allowing the bin to tilt up to 160°. . The bin can be moved manually or by forklift truck or pallet truck. Emptying operations are further facilitated by the tipping mechanism, which allows the operator to tilt the container without leaving the forklift.

This bin complies with the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC (implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree no. 17 of January 27, 2010) and with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 12100.
